Description
• Build a functional team specialized in marketing and sales • Develop and implement best practices for BESS projects • Act as a domain expert on BESS and collaborate with related parties • Develop metrics and targets for continuous improvement • Establish methods for tracking construction progress • Participate in industry conferences and networking committees • Develop relationships with key technology vendors • Negotiate contracts with key customers, partners, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development • BA in Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) • 2+ years in the energy sector, specifically ESS • Excellent communication and networking skills • Experience working in a startup or similar environment • Global experience and understanding of multicultural nuances
