Description

• Partner and build relationships with fitness organizations • Develop partnerships via outbound calls/emails and networking • Research and sell new Y club partners for geographic expansion • Initiate sales activity via phone, text, and email • Demonstrate Wellhub software and products to potential partners • Establish business relationships to generate new business • Achieve outbound prospecting objectives and KPIs • Regular communication of successes and roadblocks • Exceed monthly sales goals by maintaining daily KPIs • Develop creative strategies to connect with potential partners • Manage/support existing partners and perform data analyses • Participate in trade shows and collaborate internally for increased value

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is required • 6+ years of sales experience, partner or account management experience in a fitness/sales environment • Experience selling into gyms in the fitness, health, and wellness industry a plus • Demonstrated ability to use strategic selling skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Able to travel regionally up to 30% of the time • Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, and Salesforce or similar CRM • Outstanding phone presence and willingness to make contacts per day • Strong time management, organizational, and relationship-building skills • Comfortable contacting C-level executives • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment • Must adapt to evolving roles and challenges • Hunger to grow and impact Wellhub USA’s revenue
