Description
• Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst. • Responsible for providing critical insights and actionable recommendations. • Enhance the effectiveness of our sales organization. • Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other teams. • Develop dashboards, reports, and models to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role. • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel, with the ability to build complex models and reports. • Deep understanding of sales and marketing metrics and their impact on business performance. • Experience with capacity modeling, territory planning, and quota calculation is highly desirable. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
