• Lead the development and deployment of Halo Industries’ material slicing production tooling, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and milestones • Translate Strategic Objectives into Actionable Plans: • Utilize the company's strategic roadmap to develop comprehensive program plans • Establish program organization and allocate resources effectively • Define clear timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables • Actively Manage Program Cross-department Execution: • Allocate tasks efficiently, fostering effective communication within the program team • Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks, devising contingency plans to maintain program timelines • Monitor progress against plans and budgets, adapting strategies as needed on a weekly or daily basis • Chair program and project meetings to ensure operational excellence, fostering collaboration across functional teams • Manage system inter-dependencies and prioritize tasks between program • Escalate issues promptly as required
