• Pacific Aviation provides airport handling services for airlines. • Role involves supporting employee lifecycle as HR Generalist. • Responsibilities include communication, recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and administration.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in in a variety of Human Resources functions • 2-3 years experience as an HR Generalist • Experience with recruiting, onboarding, resume reviews, pre-screening of candidates, hiring events, generating/sending offer letters • Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi task and manage multiple projects assigned • Be customer service oriented and solutions-focused • Proficient in office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
