Description
• Responsible for explaining technical aspects and ensuring seamless integration with platform. • Address security and architecture queries while configuring customer accounts. • Collaborate with teams to articulate technical capabilities to clients. • Lead customer account setup including SSO. • Drive upsell opportunities for additional SKUs and API offerings. • Serve as a technical advisor during the sales process. • Maintain deep understanding of architecture and security standards.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of security standards and best practices, particularly in relation to AI and cloud-based platforms. • Proven experience with customer-facing roles, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Familiarity with setting up and configuring SSO and other authentication protocols. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external customers. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
