Description
• Drive content strategy and audience-first engagement across multiple social platforms • Oversee development of innovative multi-channel, integrated campaign, content, and social engagement strategies • Manage a team of content creators and strategists for effective content development • Direct the creative team to build compelling social first content • Identify and synthesize consumer/audience insights for editorial strategies • Build relationships with platforms to establish Hello Sunshine as a key partner • Utilize tools and social listening for audience intelligence and personas • Develop positioning for multichannel content pillars and engagement tactics • Execute strategic ambassador programs and partner engagement tactics • Collaborate with cross-department team members to produce effective social plans
Requirements
• 12+ years professional experience with in-depth knowledge of audience growth and content strategies for social media platforms • Experience managing multi-channel socials programs and cross-platform teams • People-first leader with a passion for learning, teaching, and building teams • Strong copywriting experience is a plus with ability to maintain consistency with brand tone and voice • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in fast paced environment • Experience establishing and managing complex social calendars • Experience establishing, tracking, and communicating KPIs to management • Analytical mindset and ability to use data to inform decisions • Proven track record for being a self-starter, solution-oriented strategic thinker • Active problem-solver with strong decision-making capability • A leader committed to fostering an inclusive culture • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
