• Lead compliance programs within Americas Cybersecurity team. • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Oversee implementation of regulatory requirements into technical processes. • Collaborate with teams to integrate compliance in product development. • Identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Design tools for efficient compliance management. • Manage compliance documentation for audits and regulatory inquiries. • Deliver training on compliance requirements. • Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Law, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical compliance, cybersecurity, or a related area. • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards relevant to the Americas, particularly in the financial technology sector. • Proven experience in managing compliance programs and leading cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and mitigating compliance risks. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or equivalent. • Experience with compliance in a cloud environment, particularly AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Familiarity with fintech regulations and secure payment architectures. • Experience working in a global or multi-regional organization.
