• 15+ years of career experience • 10+ years in an HR leadership role • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required • SPHR or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred • Experience working in non-profit, for profit environment preferred • Strong managerial and coaching skills • Possesses unquestionable personal integrity, fairness, and inclusivity • Performance-driven leader with outstanding communication skills • Progressive HR experience with key experience in developing people strategies • In-depth knowledge of all aspects of HR management • Strong administrative and organizational skills
