• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall mission and business objectives • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Senior Management for hiring requests • Oversee employee relations programs • Partner with Total Rewards to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs • Ensure performance management processes drive employee engagement • Ensure compliance with local labor laws • Lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning • Oversee day-to-day HR operations • Provide strategic guidance and support for international expansion efforts
• 10+ years of experience in an HR/People Operations capacity in Tech, FinTech, or Financial Services • Knowledge of international and domestic HR best practices, including employment law, compliance, visa/immigration knowledge and cultural considerations • Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational success • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Comfortable working in a fast-changing and fast-paced startup environment, being flexible while able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
