Description
• Seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team, bring in exciting new business and foster long term relationships with our customers • Role can be based anywhere in the US, working remotely, with a slight preference to the West Coast • Inherit nearly 100 SQLs per quarter, looking for YoY quota crushers in modern sales methodologies
Requirements
• 4-6+ years of experience in consulting or selling SaaS (Persona of HR/Talent preferred) • Proven track record of consistent over-quota achievements within a solutions software vendor or other comparable services business • Strong focus on acquiring new business while building strong, long-term relationships • Experience with HR-related or training software solutions and services preferred • Salesforce CRM knowledge preferred • Excellent listening, verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills • An abundance of enthusiasm, proactive nature, analytical, and self-starter • Must have intrinsic characteristics; resilience, coachability, competitiveness, growth minded, and grit • Start-up experience preferred
