Description
• Drive strategic planning process and maintain long range plan • Partner with stakeholders for growth analysis • Lead competitive analysis and understand markets and customers • Prepare presentations for senior management and Board • Develop frameworks for KPIs to drive insights • Build and lead a high-performing team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s and/or MBA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, or other quantitative field • 3-5+ years post-MBA or 8+ years without an MBA of analytical experience in investment banking, management consulting or private equity • Strong financial skill set, forecasting and business plan analysis experience • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Excellent ability to generate insights from complex data • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Experience working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment • Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships • Self-starter and enthusiastic team player • Knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau and/or Power BI) is a plus.
