• The Assistant Manager, Creative Operations will play a key role in the productivity and success of the Creative department. • This role is responsible for trafficking all creative briefs from request to completion. • This includes ensuring materials and resources flow efficiently in a timely and organized manner. • This position will also have input on creating workback schedules for designers, editors and copywriters and will highlight viable solutions for any workflow delays that may affect deadlines. • This individual must exhibit exceptional organizational skills, communication skills, and sound judgement to work cross-functionally between departments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Traffic/Project Management • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Excellent attention to detail, thorough, and effective follow-through • High degree of collaboration and communication • Ability to interpret brand needs and communicate back to the Creative team • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to interface effectively with people at all levels and functions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem solver, drives out-of-the box thinking when appropriate • Understanding of digital file and folder management systems • Communicates critical information to relevant parties in a timely manner • DAM (Digital Asset Management) experience a plus
