Description

•Play a significant role in leading healthcare sales initiatives at Icario. •Drive strategy and results across assigned territory. •Engage and excite targeted client audiences including C-Suite and VP levels of health plans.

Requirements

•Create and maintain key account relationships across national/regional clients. •Create actionable strategic plans (Client Development Plans) for all clients in assigned book of business. Understanding of client strategic goals and motivators. •Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients (both strategic national clients and regional clients). •Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships. •Responsible for renewing multi-year contracts, 90%+ retention rates, and relaunching of annual programs. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals; negotiation skills to supporting close of contracts. •Manage upsell pipeline development that aligns with growth targets and always ensure updates are made in a timely manner to Salesforce on pipeline activity for accurate forecasting. •Responsible for maintaining high client NPS scores and VOC results. •Lead the deal closure and contract negotiation processes, including appropriate SMEs for collaboration; inclusive of knowledge transfer, solution scoping, pricing, legal and customer onboarding transition. •Develops and manages budget and revenue expectations for assigned portfolio of national/regional health plan clients. Maintain monthly forecasting for each client. •Work across Icario to ensure that teams are aligned around a common deal closing plan with clear accountabilities and dates. •Advise and consult with Icario senior leadership team and peers to identify and solve challenges, including providing market-based input on trends, competitive dynamics, and product needs. •Thorough understanding of and provides expertise in the breadth of products. •Works with clients and stakeholders to shape procurements and identify opportunities for value added services. Leads procurement processes and RFP responses. •Monitors competitor activity, legislative and regulatory initiatives, and market trends. •Ensures overall service delivery and client satisfaction for assigned market. •Supervises additional account management staff with responsibility for hiring, performance management, development, etc. •Supports collaboration between account management team and operations/product staff. •Embody Icario’s values.
