• Support Sales Development by implementing and monitoring global sales initiatives that enhance performance and growth. • Partner with Alliances and Partners Leadership to refine and improve overall sales strategies and motions. • Create, manage, and continuously improve content, programs, and tools that elevate sales performance. • Use data-driven insights to identify root causes of challenges and recommend actionable solutions for continuous improvement. • Lead workshops, training sessions, and certification events that inspire and equip our sales teams to excel.
• A degree in Business, MBA, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Education, Engineering, or a related field is highly valued. • Strong selling abilities, project management expertise, a solid understanding of business processes, and proficiency in MS Office applications. • Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Coaching, Training, and Education is essential for success in this role.
