Description
• Manage iHerb’s global performance commission-based affiliate, content, and influencer programs. • Lead new affiliate discovery and recruitment, dormant affiliate activation, and existing affiliate optimization efforts. • Build and maintain strong long term affiliate partnerships. • Forecast and track key metrics, prepare reports on program and publisher performance. • Collaborate with product and IT teams on integration and new feature development across owned and licensed referral platforms.
Requirements
• 2+ years of affiliate, performance partnerships and/or customer referral program experience in DTC ecommerce, with a focus on international markets. • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing. • Experience in growth-stage ecommerce company, affiliate marketing agency, or digital marketing agency highly preferred. • Proven track record managing and growing international affiliate programs in global networks (Partnerize, Awin, CJ, Impact). • Bilingual professional-working proficiency or native proficiency in a key international market.
