Description
• Manage all facets of Illumio's global accounting operations • Collaborate closely with international accounting consultants • Oversee international accounting functions including AP, tax, payroll, and treasury • Ensure seamless monthly closures and handle tax and regulatory filings • Facilitate statutory audits and review subsidiary financial reports • Develop and maintain processes and internal controls for international financial operations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years of international accounting experience • Public accounting experience, technology industry experience, and CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred • Experience with multi-book accounting in NetSuite OneWorld and proficiency with Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills • Experience with analyzing and mitigating foreign exchange risk preferred • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and flexibility in working with third parties across geographic regions • A commitment to process improvement and scalability • Minimum 3 days per week in our office in Sunnyvale, CA
