Description

• Achieve quota through value focused selling • Develop and maintain an active pipeline of new and existing account opportunity, prioritizing to achieve quota. • Manage the sales process by thoroughly understanding decision makers, actions and timelines necessary to close deals and accurately forecast sales opportunities. • Document all sales interactions timely and accurately in internal tools (SFDC, Outreach, Kennected, Zoominfo, etc.) • Understand prospect/customer pain points and educate and create value around our solutions as a trusted advisor. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a program partner, delivering exceptional service and adding value in every interaction. • Create value around our full suite of offerings to drive sales and increase loyalty and retention. • Develop and maintain a level of industry and product knowledge to enable ease of conversation and influence to solve customer challenges and ultimately close deals. • Identify industry trends and relevant competitive information, providing feedback and input to the company. • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. • Other duties as assigned or necessary for achieving quotas/objectives.

Requirements

• Driven to achieve. • A people person. • Entrepreneurial and enjoy a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Bring your best, yet hungry to learn and grow. • Possess entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and desire to succeed within a high-growth company. • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. • Demonstrated successful B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS. • Experience calling on or working within a manufacturing setting or HR a plus. • Ability to quickly and easily develop rapport with others, and excellent communication skills (verbal/presentation and written). • Exceptional time management, organization and planning skills with proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing key initiatives. • Self-motivated and disciplined with a sense of urgency and bias for action. • Curious, driven to achieve and willing to challenge the status quo. • Energized by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Ability to achieve through ambiguity. • Independent, yet coachable, and willing and able to work collaboratively with others.
