Description

• We are seeking a Chief of Staff to join our team • The Chief of Staff will dive in and operate as the ‘right hand’ to the CEO, developing, organizing, and directing all planning and strategy activities across the 12-person management team, while serving as a thought partner and special projects lead for the organization • Please note: This role will be required to be in our SF office at minimum 2x/week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

Requirements

• 2-4 years of pre-MBA management consulting, IB, business operations or strategy experience • Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders across various functional disciplines to understand their respective challenges and motivations • The gravitas and EQ to influence leaders • Proven ability to ‘manage ahead’ and balance multiple balls in the air • Confidence and communication skills to work with both exec team members as well as more junior team members • Ability to prioritize across different needs and manage up or down when required • Natural bias toward action and getting the job done • Scrappy and resourceful, able to identify and knock down barriers to execution • Major self-starter that feels comfortable presenting to an executive suite • Highly organized and productive especially under high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios • Detail-oriented and enjoy distilling high level ideas into tactical steps • Advanced Excel skills and ability to maintain complex spreadsheets
