Description
• As Associate Director of GTM Strategy and Operations, you will be a central figure in executing and optimizing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. Your role will involve a blend of strategic planning, analytical insight, and cross-functional collaboration to support our sales operations. Your work will directly influence our sales strategies and performance, making your contribution pivotal to our growth and success. This role sits within the Operations Department and is a partner to Co-Founder and COO.
Requirements
• Multi year experience in management consulting, B2B GTM strategy, sales, or sales operations. • Sales Knowledge: A solid understanding of sales processes, cycles, and methodologies. • Strategic Leadership: Ability to run comp plans, conduct custom data analytics, influence sales teams without direct authority, and manage cross-functional programs. • Program Management: Experience in managing programs related to new product launches, sales motions, and identifying and addressing execution gaps. • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a self-starter attitude and the ability to drive initiatives independently. • Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
