Description

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for government sector products • Collaborate with government agencies, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs and opportunities • Lead product discovery, definition, and launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product development and launch • Develop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and industry partners • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success • Lead and manage a team of product managers and associate product managers • Establish thought leadership in the government sector through: • Speaking engagements at industry conferences and events • Publishing articles and whitepapers on government healthcare topics • Participating in government committees and working groups • Developing and maintaining relationships with key government influencers and decision-makers • Collaborating with industry partners to advance government healthcare initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare or government sectors • Proven track record of launching successful products in the government sector • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and opportunities • Experience working with government agencies and navigating regulatory environments • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred • Experience with healthcare data analytics and interoperability standards • Knowledge of government healthcare programs and policies • Certification in product management or a related field • Established network of government contacts and industry relationships
