• Qualify leads and then cold call them or email them in hopes of turning them into an initial high-quality meeting with a new customer. • Manage and maintain a detailed and robust sales pipeline in our CRM of interested prospects • Leverage your personal networks, LinkedIn, cold calling and cold and warm emailing to schedule high-quality meetings • Write, refine, and collaborate with your teammates on email content, phone scripts, and LinkedIn messages to increase the effectiveness of your outbound sales activity. • Demonstrate you’re meeting your monthly and quarterly KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience that includes exceeding your outbound sales goals • You love to win and hate to lose. You are motivated by figuring out how to get someone to say “yes” even though you don’t know them. • You are passionate about EVs and charging, and by learning fast and generating more leads than we’ve been able to before, you demonstrate you should be promoted quickly! • You are probably extroverted because one of your passions is engaging with others. Others you’ve worked with say you are a ridiculously strong and persuasive communicator. • You are a natural problem solver who found creative ways to showcase your other employers’ offerings in a compelling way. • You have or are willing to create a professional LinkedIn profile to search for and message sales prospects. • You are proficient with Microsoft Office – particularly in Outlook and Excel.
