Description

• Lead the planning and execution of technical programs, from initial concept through final delivery. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation. • Maintain the technology roadmap for internal and external stakeholders. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations, and quality assurance. • Work with Client Delivery and Customer Success teams to rollout long term initiatives that require client coordination and change management. • Track program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery. • Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, communicating updates to stakeholders at all levels. • Facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise. • Serve as an escalation point to engineering teams, to help remove impediments and resolve complex technical issues. • Ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and are scalable, maintainable, and efficient. • Continuously evaluate and improve program management processes, tools, and methodologies. • Implement best practices in agile development, project management, and quality assurance. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program teams. • Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-mortem analyses. • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program status, risks, and issues. • Ensure all program deliverables meet quality standards and comply with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a related role in the technology industry. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system architecture, and technical infrastructure. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello). • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus. • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, or AI technologies.
