• Manage the end-to-end sales motion, from discovery and demos to pricing discussions and final contract negotiations; work towards sales forecasts and quotas. • Drive sales initiatives by identifying and pursuing potential revenue-generating opportunities with new and existing clients, as well as channel partners and resellers. • Help define our GTM strategy, including developing commercial and pricing models, key performance metrics and compensation structure. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing and creative to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives. • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities, improving our positioning and competitive differentiation in the market. • Represent Inworld at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in sales at a B2B SaaS business, selling a technical product. • Track record of closing large enterprise deals, hitting quota and delivering revenue growth. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; expertise in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners. • Expert at using a CRM and other sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.). • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
