• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. • Navigate and implement changes with minimal disruption. • Demonstrate strong decision-making skills, even in high-pressure situations. • Ensure timely and effective communication across all levels of the organization. • Maintain a calm and positive demeanor in the face of adversity. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Requirements

• General Ledger, Tax, Regulatory, Accounting, Financial Planning, Budgeting and Financial Analysis is required. • Experience working with Transformation Finance programs is required. • Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment. • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex political environments and manage challenging stakeholder dynamics. • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully managing chaotic or ambiguous situations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others. • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. • Experience in Insurance is a plus.
