Description
• Kaeppel Consulting seeks a Project/Program Manager for a temporary remote position. • Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships in complex environments. • Identify risks, manage changes, and ensure effective communication across teams. • Maintain composure under pressure and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment. • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex political environments and manage challenging stakeholder dynamics. • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully managing chaotic or ambiguous situations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others. • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
