Description
• Manage, drive, and own the entire functional testing process for your scrum team • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, swarm test sessions, and test procedures • Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing • Reproduce, diagnose, and document software defects with clarity and precision • Engage in early product development discussions to ideate, review, and catch potential issues before code is written • Attend and contribute to daily scrum ceremonies • Work closely with developers to identify and iterate on all code moving through the system • Contribute to growing our automation test coverage and maintenance of tests • Maintain high levels of communication with all team members, stakeholders, and the QA team • Be the champion for our users by upholding quality standards and best practices
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a device management or software testing role • Excellent time management, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented, methodical, and out-of-the-box thinking • Required to work on-site 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Managers may require additional on-site days.
