• The Campaign Operations team is at the center of the ad delivery process. They are responsible for trafficking and creating our client's campaigns across various digital advertising platforms, ensuring smooth and successful execution. • As a Campaign Operations Manager, you will be the one of the most senior team members. You will oversee a team of Campaign Operations Supervisors and Specialists level 2 across multiple client accounts. • Your role involves supporting and developing your team, bridging communication between them and the Client Solutions team, covering a breadth of administrative responsibilities and driving operational efficiency as well as strategic growth.
• Excellent communication between English and Spanish, B2 level required. • 3+ years experience in digital media (display, mobile, social, search, etc.) in ad operations required. • 3+ years of experience in people management in a similar role is required. Experience in managing large teams is desired. • Excellent listening and communication skills with a solid ability to create and build relationships amongst international teams. • After a reasonable adaptation period, the ability to work independently, prioritize department decisions and projects accordingly. • Proven problem-solving skills and experience in a process-driven environment. • Ability to “do what it takes” and manage a complex workload that spans across many technological platforms. • Strong analytical skills and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis, and Internet technologies • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details. • Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, collaborative team environment. • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. All majors accepted, preferably related to communications and advertising.
