Description
• As an Office & Operations Generalist at Magic, you will support the team in a broad range of administrative and operational tasks to accelerate our progress on our mission to deploy safe AGI • Managing our office ops, including answering the phone, taking deliveries and managing our office email • Coordinating scheduling arrangements for the CEO and senior staff members • Organizing travel and events • Taking care of the office, including plant care, office supplies, snacks and meal management • Performing various ad hoc tasks that pop up in a fast-growing startup • Magic strives to be the place where high-potential individuals can do their best work. We value quick learning and grit just as much as skill and experience
Requirements
• High energy and initiative • Ability to get things done, even if they’re sometimes unpleasant or boring • Commitment to excellence and attention to detail • An eye for spotting inefficiencies and fixing them • Passion for our mission to safely deploy AGI
Benefits
