• Offer technical consultation to trial and paid customers • Strategize with Sales and CS reps to address customer requirements and drive revenue • Build custom integrations, automation, and reporting between Kixie and its integration partners • Document customer use cases and custom solutions for the Customer Success team • Work with engineering to develop feature enhancements and resolve bugs
• CRM admin experience, especially in HubSpot or Salesforce • Strong understanding of REST API, webhooks, and iPaaS (Zapier, Integromat, etc) • Knowledge of VoIP, audio engineering, firewalls, and VPNs • Proven background in sales or customer success
