• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the finance industry. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to develop effective business development strategies. • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital outreach. Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements to effectively position our services/products. • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Communicate the value proposition, benefits, and ROI of our offerings effectively. • Deal Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company objectives. Overcome objections and address concerns to secure commitments. • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and client services to align business development efforts with company goals. Coordinate activities to ensure seamless client onboarding and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. • Previous experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the finance industry preferred. • Strong understanding of financial products/services, market trends, and industry regulations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
