Description
• Responsible for leading growth efforts across prospects, customers, and product portfolio • Identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing funnels, and scale user base • Develop comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth • Design and analyze experiments across channels to identify effective growth tactics • Analyze and optimize marketing and sales funnels to maximize conversion rates • Use analytics tools to track key growth metrics and make data-driven recommendations • Lead efforts to acquire new customers through paid and organic channels • Develop strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value • Conduct market and competitor research to inform growth strategies • Collaborate with teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. • 10 years+ of experience in growth marketing, CRM, or a similar role. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. • Experience with AI/ML driven customer data scoring. • Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools + SQL (Python a plus). • Experience with performance marketing channels such as SEO/SEM, Email, Social, Outbound. • Experience with customer journey and outbound marketing design. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to growth challenges. • Experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
