Description
• Play a crucial role in driving sales team success • First point of contact with prospective customers • Researching and qualifying leads by phone and email • Convert inbound and outbound leads to meetings • Manage a busy calendar for a team of Sales Executives • Heavy sales prospecting to help fill sales executives pipelines • Answer routine questions about products, services, and production • Handle heavy telephone/email inquiries and requests • Data entry, generally Excel and CRM-based • Make a high volume of daily outbound emails
Requirements
• Experience in a customer-facing role • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Confidence to talk with potential clients via phone • Highly organized and able to multitask • Ability to influence in a collaborative 'win as a team' environment • Ethical, fair, and of high integrity • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other B2B Success platforms is a plus • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is preferred, but candidates with proven experience will not be excluded from consideration
