Description

• Provide technical operations expertise and thought leadership • Support operations, products, and growth • Monitoring functionality of production environments • Managing incidents and offering real-time support • Collaborate with peers on executing tasks • Independently solve technical problems • Participate in on-call rotation • Evangelize reliability practices • Training and mentoring team members • Identification of gaps in monitoring and alerting

Requirements

• BS or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, TechOps, or SRE role • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform • Proficiency in CI/CD systems • Fundamental working knowledge of SQL • Experience with application monitoring tools • Solid understanding of cloud computing technologies • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in SRE concepts • Experience in Kafka and Kubernetes
