Description

• Oversee revenue operations from marketing to customer experience with the greatest emphasis on sales operations experience • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. • Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and performance. • Serve as the admin for the sales and marketing tech stacks. • Implement best practices for sales methodologies, forecasting, and pipeline management • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data to drive informed decision-making • Create key weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational processes & deliverables to keep revenue teams on track to meet goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • Experience presenting data to management, and translating complex data and trends into clear actionable insights
