• Drive performance, simulations, and optimizations of the Drone network • Simulate, evaluate, implement, and optimize wireless solutions • Lead development, design, deployment, tuning, and evaluation of OTA performance metrics for the network • Explore and evaluate multiple wireless solutions in drone and ground stations • Collaborate with various engineering teams to improve existing wireless networks and develop next-generation solutions
• Masters or PhD in a relevant area of study • Strong understanding of WLAN and/or cellular protocols and performance metrics • Strong background in Wireless end-to-end operation and associated impact on system performance • Experience with PHY and MAC level simulations • Experience in Firmware development • Experience with lab equipment for test and debug • Experience with Python/C/C++/MATLAB and Simulink • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with multiple teams
• Compensation Range: $170,000 - $258,000* • Eligibility for benefit plans • Variety of incentives and stipends *Dependent on final leveling and factors such as skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience.
