Description
• Company provides warehousing strategy • Empower users to maximize experience with Rebus • Serve as the Primary Point of Contact • Ownership of Post-Sale Relationships • Best Practices Consultation • Regular Customer Check-ins • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Feedback Loop
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems • Understanding and working knowledge of KPI’s for warehousing facilities • Strategic thinker • Proven ability to develop and strengthen customer relationships • Comfortable working cross-functionally • Proficient in leveraging data • Experience in guiding customers through successful change management processes • Able to quickly adapt to changes in customer needs and business landscapes • Ability to travel within United States and Canada 15-20% of the time
