Description
• Own operational accounting and reporting, including analysis and reconciliation. • Lead accounting close process; ensure revenue recognition per ASC606 standards. • Manage audit process with external auditors and prepare audit schedules. • Collaborate on company-wide system implementation projects. • Perform accounting research and develop scalable accounting solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA is a plus. • 5+ years of experience overseeing full-cycle accounting, preferably in a software or subscription environment. • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP standards and audit concepts; public accounting experience preferred. • Experience with technical accounting pronouncements, such as ASC 606 and 842. • Familiarity with ERP systems (Quickbooks, NetSuite) or complex accounting software. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables). • Proven ability to create partnerships with team members and fulfill their needs. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills. • Problem solver in fast-paced environments. • Experience in continuous improvement of expectations and processes.
