• Collaborating with customers, product, and engineering teams for feature suggestions • Relaying customer feedback and assessing feature prioritization • Acting as technical expert during sales presentations • Engaging with customers to understand project requirements • Establishing Mach9 as a thought leader in the surveying and mapping space • Leading initiatives to educate and train sales, support, and technical teams • Facilitating smooth onboarding process for new customers
• Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Geography, or related field or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in geospatial technology • Deep experience with surveying and mapping technologies • Technical proficiency using LiDAR data processing, CAD, and GIS software • Familiarity with 3D dataset feature extraction • Strong communication and presentation skills • Customer service orientation
• Accelerating the development of cost-effective and sustainable transportation and utility infrastructure • Solving the toughest engineering design, mission planning, and asset management problems • Contributing to industry trends and standards • Providing exceptional service to customers • Equipping customers to utilize the software effectively
