• Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making • Analyze financial performance and present findings to key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities and risks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives • Work closely with the Data Analysis team to create calculators and metrics dashboards for leadership • Drive financial planning processes, including annual budgeting and long-term strategic plans • Assess and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy • Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards to track KPIs and financial performance • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial guidance for projects and initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred • 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance or a similar role (Investment Banking, Consulting, etc.) • Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques • Excel mastery and SQL literate • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial information effectively • Experience in a technology, manufacturing, or high-growth environment is a plus
