• Lead the creation and management of marketing collateral and messaging to establish and enhance the Machina Labs brand. • Collaborate with sales teams to overcome messaging challenges and support their efforts in engaging potential customers. • Develop and implement ABM strategies targeting small, specific customer groups to maximize engagement and conversion. • Create and position programs as solutions that address customer needs, going beyond just product offerings. • Address the nuanced needs of different customer personas in various sectors, including automotive, composite manufacturing, aerodefense, and federal markets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another relevant field • Proven experience in brand building and creating effective marketing collateral. • Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) with a focus on specific, high-value targets (Ideally focused on the Federal Government and DoD) • Capability to develop detailed marketing strategies tailored to different customer segments and industries. • Deep understanding of the aero-defense and federal sectors, particularly in marketing complex technical products. • Strong mediation and communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and sales teams. • Knowledge of buyer personas and pain points across different industries. • Capable of working independently in a fast paced environment
