• Develop, implement, and optimize media buying strategies across multiple digital channels (including social media, display, search, native ad networks) to support internal business goals. • Lead the development of full funnel landing page strategies and creative engagement initiatives to enhance media plans and maximize campaign effectiveness. • Plan and manage campaigns based on seasonality and data-driven strategies, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI. • Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and trends. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. • Utilize advanced tools and platforms for media buying, tracking, and reporting. • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media buying. • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in media buying and planning, preferably in a performance marketing environment. • Proficiency in media buying platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok and Taboola. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Experience with budget management and ROI optimization. • Knowledge of tracking and analytics tools. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. • Certification in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
