Description
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including preparing sales documents, samples, and presentation materials. Sales Coordination: Ability to coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance. Data Management: Maintain and update customer portals, retailer portals, and other relevant information. Event Coordination: Help organize and manage sales meetings, conferences, and promotional events. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role, preferably within the consumer products industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hungry to join Magic Spoon!
