Description
• Evaluate oncologic patients. • Utilize Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) for matching patients to clinical trials. • Lead the case management team across the US and internationally. • Generate detailed reports on patient matching outcomes. • Assess and enhance the quality of work performed by case managers. • Patient follow-up via phone call, text or email.
Requirements
• Medical degree with a minimum of two years’ experience in patient care and research. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is an additional advantage. • Prepared to work flexible hours and go the extra mile as required. • Deep understanding of various healthcare data types such as claims, EMR, and NGS testing, crucial for patient and disease identification. • Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiar with common applications. • Exceptional relationship-building skills. • Native, or C2 (CEFR) level of speaking, writing, and understanding proficiency in English. • Proactive, passionate about client work and delivery quality, detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, data-driven, and growth mindset. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
