• Perform technical demos with prospects so they understand the different ways to configure the Matik platform • Help train AEs on how to answer technical questions that come up in the sales cycle • Track activities (i.e. demos, proof of concepts, etc.) in Salesforce and report on the sales cycles • Conduct proof of concepts with prospects that will allow them to test out our platform for a specific use case
• 2-3 years of sales engineering experience • 4+ years in a customer-facing role • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative and results-driven • Proven experience forging positive relationships with Sales teams • Experience in B2B SaaS sales engineering, customer success, or professional services • Experience with the Salesforce.com platform, Mode, Looker, and/or Tableau • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills • Data analysis and the ability to turn data into insights that tell stories • Startup experience
