Description
• Ensure the office runs smoothly for effective employee work. • Support Talent Acquisition by assisting with interview scheduling and candidate management. • Partner with Ops Manager to plan internal and external events. • Jump in with ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
• Experience in operations, HR, program management, event management, communications, accounting or other fields that would set someone up for success in this role, a plus • Interest in working at a Startup • Excellent written and verbal communication • Keen attention to detail • Ability to quickly move from one priority to the next • Strong business acumen and creativity including the ability to generate innovative insights and ideas to identify new opportunities that help drive the team forward • Outcome-driven mindset with an ability to bring areas of gray into clarity through actions and driving projects to completion • Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to simplify complex problems with a structured approach and develop data-backed solutions • Experienced and passionate change agent. Able to influence and build consensus and trust across teams to accelerate outcomes by incorporating others’ input while remaining focused on execution. • Inquisitive and driven
