Requirements
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Intercom or HubSpot • Experience in creating customer-centric content • Strong self-starter and driven • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Superior active listening skills and organizational capabilities • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities • Previous experience in customer success management or client-facing roles
