• Create and execute a global marketing plan to expand MIPS brand and online presence • Work with Product and R&D leads to create marketing-driven product roadmap, and portfolio campaign strategies • Create competitive analysis that includes a technical side-by-side feature comparison, bench testing with analysis of performance in steady state, BOM cost analysis and review of all external components for appropriateness and potential substitution if able • Creation of collateral including presentations and white papers, for your products and their applicability to customer applications • Be the main contact for PR agencies and drive overall strategy for product • Perform ongoing market research to look for new trends or sub-segments in the high-performance compute space and identify new potential customers
• Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and 5 years of advanced technical marketing & roadmap strategy development experience in datacenter markets. • Familiarity with networking, storage, AI, and/or communications infrastructure products and ecosystem • Understanding of RISC-V, ARM, MIPS,embedded CPUarchitectures, as well as system-on-chip (SoC) architectureand performance considerations • Strategic planning, analyzing business developments, sales forecasting and monitoring marketing trends for semiconductor products • Business Development to drive revenue and market share growth • Experience in a technical customer-facing role • Familiarity with datacenter softwareecosystems • A technical background developing or supporting embedded solutions
