• Identify and target prospective private equity and venture capital firms as potential clients. • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their FX needs and offer customized solutions. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in FX markets. • Provide clients with insights on currency market movements and their potential impact on investments. • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand each client's unique requirements. • Propose and present tailored FX solutions that align with clients' investment strategies. • Explain the benefits and features of our products to clients and demonstrate how they can add value to their operations. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and accurately. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus). • Proven experience in enterprise sales, specifically within the FX markets and with a focus on private equity and venture capital clients. • Strong understanding of FX trading, risk management, and currency hedging strategies. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Analytical and problem-solving skills to provide sound financial advice. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Knowledge of the regulatory environment and compliance standards in the financial industry.
