• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leaders to identify and hire world-class engineers, data scientists, and researchers. • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier AI, ML, and Search talent. • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for AI/ML and Search roles. • Build strong relationships with passive and active candidates. • Work closely with engineering leaders to define hiring needs. • Stay up to date on trends in AI, ML, and Search technology recruitment. • Continuously refine the recruiting process by leveraging feedback, data, and best practices. • Implement and maintain rigorous operational processes for recruiting metrics. • Maintain accuracy within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools. • Create scalable sourcing workflows. • Regularly review recruitment data for insights into hiring trends.
• 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years specializing in AI, ML, or Search-related roles. • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, search technologies, and their application in enterprise settings. • Ability to understand technical job requirements in AI, ML, and Search, and effectively communicate them to candidates. • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with passive candidates, particularly in highly competitive technical markets. • Experience using recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness, improve processes, and report progress to stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present Moveworks’ mission and technical challenges to candidates and stakeholders.
